Pricing and refunds
Every plugin is pay what you want, and we want everyone to be satisfied with their purchase.
Pay what you want
- Free plugins start at nothing. If it's useful to you, pay what you think is fair.
- Paid plugins have a minimum, and you can pay more. What you pay goes into making the plugins better, and into new ones.
- One payment, no subscription. It covers every version of that major release: buy 1.0.2 and you get every 1.x. When 2.0 comes, it's discounted for you. There are no licence keys or activations.
Checkout, tax and receipts
Plugins are sold through Polar, who are the seller, known as the merchant of record. Prices are in British pounds. Polar works out any VAT or sales tax for where you are and shows it at the checkout before you pay, takes your payment, and emails your receipt.
Your download is there as soon as you've paid, and always in Polar's customer portal, where you sign in with your email address. What Polar does with your details is in their privacy policy.
Refunds
A plugin is a download you have straight away, so sales are final. But we want every customer to be happy with what they've bought. If a plugin doesn't do what you thought it would, or doesn't work on your setup, email [email protected] and tell us what you need. We'll work it out with you, whether that's help getting it working, a fix, or adding what's missing. If we can't, we'll refund you.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
